【摘要】:ThispartofISO/TS10811definesmethodsofmeasurement,algorithmsforanalysisandthereportofshockandvibrationdataforequipmentinbuildingswhichissensitivetoshockandvibration.Themethodsareapplicabletothequantificationofafutureinstallationortheverificationofanexistingone.Accuratevibrationdataacquisition,analysisanduniformreportingmethodsareneededtoevaluatevibrationrelativetomanufacturers'andgenericvibrationcriteria.ExpectedlevelsofvibrationcanbefoundinIEC60721.ProceduresfortestingofequipmentcanbefoundinIEC60068.NOTEAclassificationsystemofenvironmentalvibrationconditionsestablishedfrommeasurementsaccordingtothispartofISO/TS10811shouldserveasguidelinesfordesigners,manufacturersandusersofshock-and-vibration-sensitiveequipmentandforbuildingconstructors(seeISO/TS10811-2).Thetypesofshockandvibrationconsideredarethosetransmittedfromfloors,tables,walls,ceilingsorisolationsystemsintoanequipmentunit.Thevibrationandshockresponseofindividualmechanicalorelectronicpartsinsidetheunitarenotconsideredexplicitly.Thetypesofsensitiveequipmentenvisagedinclude,butarenotlimitedto,thefollowing:a)stationarycomputersystems,includingtheperipherals;b)stationarytelecommunicationequipment;c)stationarylaboratoryequipmentsuchaselectronmicroscopes,equipmentusingscanningprobemethods,biotechnicalinstrumentation,massspectrometers,etc.;d)mechanicalhigh-precisioninstruments(tools)suchasequipmentformicroelectronicsproduction;e)opticalhigh-precisioninstruments,systemsforphotoreproduction;f)electromechanicalsystemsintrafficcontrolcentresfortrains;g)securityequipment(fireintrusion)andequipmentforaccesscontrol.Thetypesofshockandvibrationconsideredhereincanbegeneratedbythefollowing:—externalsources,forexampletraffic(byroad,railorair),orbuildingandconstructionactivitiessuchasblasting,pilingandvibratorycompaction;thevibrationresponsetosonicboomsandacousticalexcitationsisalsoincludedaswellasweather-inducedvibration;—equipmentforindooruse,suchaspunchpresses,forginghammers,rotaryequipment(aircompressors,airconditionersystems,etc.)andheavyequipmenttransportedoroperatedinsideabuilding;—humanactivitiesinconnectionwiththeserviceoroperationoftheequipment,forexample,peoplewalking,especiallyonraisedfloors.ThemeasurementandevaluationofshockandvibrationeffectsonsensitiveequipmentinbuildingscoveredinthispartofISO/TS10811doesnotdirectlyconsiderthehumanoperators'capabilitytoobserve,operateormaintaintheequipment.Forvibrationeffectsonhumanbeings,seeISO2631.Thefrequencyrangeofinterestisnormally2Hzto200Hz.Normallythedominantfrequenciesarelessthan100Hzbecausetheyrepresenttheresponseoftheelementsinthebuilding.Forspecialpurposes,anotherfrequencyrangemaybeusedandthenumbersreferringtofrequencyrangeshouldbechangedaccordingly.Thevibrationamplitudeanddurationdependmainlyuponthesource,itsdistancefromsensitiveequipment,andtheresponseoftheelementsofthebuildingcontainingthesensitiveequipment.Expressedintermsofvibrationvelocity,thevaluestoconsiderareintherange0,001mm/sto10mm/s.ThispartofISO/TS10811dealsonlywithvibrationfromamaximumamplitudepointofview.Theconceptofvibrationdose(e.g.estimationoffatiguelife)isnottreated.
