【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddefinesminimumstructuralrequirementsforrailwayvehiclebodies.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheloadsvehiclebodiesshallbecapableofsustaining,identifieshowmaterialdatashallbeusedandpresentstheprinciplestobeusedfordesignverificationbyanalysisandtesting.Therailwayvehiclesaredividedintocategorieswhicharedefinedonlywithrespecttothestructuralrequirementsofthevehiclebodies.Thesestructuralrequirementsshouldnotbeconfusedwithoperatingrequirements.Itistheresponsibilityoftheoperatortodecideastowhichstructuralcategoryrailwayvehiclesshallbedesigned.Somevehiclesmaynotfitintoanyofthedefinedcategories;thestructuralrequirementsforsuchrailwayvehiclesshouldbespecifiedbytheoperatorusingtheprinciplespresentedinthisEuropeanStandard.ThestandardappliestoallrailwayvehicleswithintheEUandEFTAterritories.Thespecifiedrequirementsassumeoperatingconditionsandcircumstancessuchasareprevalentinthesecountries.
