【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverscore-spliceadhesiveforusewithnonmetallichoneycombcoresinthefabricationofhoneycombsandwichpanelsusedinrelocatablestructures.Theadhesiveshallbeusedfornewproductionordepotrepair.Theadhesiveshallbesuitableforformingbondsthatcanwithstandlongcombinationsofstress,temperature,andrelativehumidityexpectedtobeencounteredinservice.Theadhesiveshallbeusedforbondingcoresegmentsandforbondingcoresegmentstoedgemembersandtointegralmembersinahoneycombsandwichpanel.Theadhesiveshallnotallowthetransferofwaterfromonepartofthepaneltoanothereitherthroughoralongthelineoftheadhesive.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodportion,Section5,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
