【摘要】:ThispartofthisEuropeanPrestandardspecifiesatestmethodfordeterminingthecontributionoffireprotectionsystemstothefireresistanceofstructuralconcretemembers,forinstanceslabs,floors,roofsandwallsandwhichcanincludeintegralbeamsandcolumns.Theconcretecanbelightweight,normalweightorheavyweightconcreteandofstrengthclasses20/25(LC/C/HC)to50/60(LC/C/HC).Themembercancontainsteelreinforcingbars.Thetestmethodisapplicabletoallfireprotectionmaterialsusedfortheprotectionofconcretemembersandincludessprayedmaterials,coatings,claddingprotectionsystemsandmulti-layerorcompositefireprotectionmaterials,whenthegapbetweenthefireprotectionmaterialandtheconcretememberislessthan5mm.OtherwisethetestmethodsinprENV13381-1orENV13381-2,asappropriate,apply.ThisEuropeanPrestandardcontainsthefiretestwhichspecifiesthetestswhichshouldbecarriedouttodeterminetheabilityofthefireprotectionmaterialtoremaincoherentandfixedtotheconcreteandtoprovidedataonthetemperaturedistributionthroughouttheprotectedconcretemember,whenexposedtothestandardtemperaturetimecurve.Inspecialcircumstances,wherespecifiedinnationalbuildingregulations,therecanbeaneedtosubjecttheprotectionmaterialtoasmoulderingcurve.ThetestforthisandthespecialcircumstancesforitsusearedetailedinannexA.ThefiretestmethodologymakesprovisionforthecollectionandpresentationofdatawhichcanbeusedasdirectinputtothecalculationoffireresistanceofconcretemembersinaccordancewiththeproceduresgiveninENV1992-1-2.ThisEuropeanPrestandardalsocontainstheassessmentwhichprescribeshowtheanalysisofthetestdatashouldbemadeandgivesguidancetotheproceduresbywhichinterpolationshouldbeundertaken.Thelimitsofapplicabilityoftheresultsoftheassessmentarisingfromthefiretestaredefinedtogetherwithpermitteddirectapplicationoftheresultstodifferentconcretestructures,densities,strengths,thicknessesandproductiontechniquesovertherangeofthicknessesoftheappliedfireprotectionsystemtested.
