【摘要】:Thisstandardappliestoweldingprocesseswheretheskillofthediver-welderorweldingoperatorhasasignificantinfluenceonweldquality.Thisstandardspecifiesessentialrequirements,rangesofapproval,testconditions,acceptancerequirementsandcertificationfortheapprovaltestingofdiver-welderorweldingoperatorperformancefortheweldingofsteelsunderwaterinahyperbaricdryenvironment.TherecommendedformatforthecertificateofapprovaltestingisgiveninAnnexA.Duringtheapprovaltestthediver-welderorweldingoperatorshouldberequiredtoshowadequatepracticalexperienceandjobknowledge(testnonmandatory)oftheweldingprocesses,materialsandsafetyrequirementsforwhichheistobeapproved,informationontheseaspectsisgiveninAnnexB.Thisstandardisapplicablewhenthediver-welder'sorweldingoperator'sapprovaltestingisrequiredbythepurchaser,byinspectionauthoritiesorbyotherorganisations.Theweldingprocessesreferredtointhisstandardincludefusionweldingprocesseswhicharedesignatedasmanualorpartlymechanizedweldingfordiver-weldersandfullymechanizedorautomaticweldingforoperators(see5.2).Allnewapprovalsareinaccordancewiththisstandardfromthedateofthisissue.However,thisstandarddoesnotinvalidatepreviousdiver-welderorweldingoperatorapprovalsmadetoformernationalstandardsorspecifications,providingtheintentofthetechnicalrequirementsissatisfiedandthepreviousapprovalsarerelevanttotheapplicationandproductionworkonwhichtheyaretobeemployed.Also,whereadditionaltestsshouldbecarriedouttomaketheapprovaltechnicallyequivalentitisonlynecessarytodotheadditionaltestsonatestpiecewhichshouldbemadeinaccordancewiththisstandard.Considerationofpreviousapprovalstoformernationalstandardsorspecificationsshouldbeatthetimeoftheenquiry/contractstageandagreedbetweenthecontractingparties.Thecertificateofapprovaltestingisissuedunderthesoleresponsibilityoftheexaminerorexaminingbody.
